[plot] removed titles, animation got function arguments

Florian Zill requested to merge FZill/ogstools:animation into main

titles were unneccessary as the same result can be done in 1 line of user code and were only there for the animation. Now they same and more can be achieved with passable functions to crop or slice the individual meshes of the meshseries upon animation.
