[web] Finished docs for release

Contains 4 sections: User guide, Examples, API, Development.

I moved one of Dominiks example pages to the new examples section.

Logo can be replaced later if someone comes up with something.

Test coverage is down because are now part of the package (and are not tested). I disabled also the coverage threshold in tox. We can re-enable it once it stabilises a bit.
