Purpose

Adding a module to provide an easy way to calculate the heat of nuclear waste repositories (for thermal source terms). Proxy models calculating the decay of leading nuclides are used, which are close to the result of burn-off simulations. Some common models from BGE / GRS reports are included (in defaults.py) with references. Functionality was previously partly included in @cbsilver's https://github.com/cbsilver/glaciationBCs
