propertylib and meshplotlib updates

Multiple small improvements in propertylib and meshplotlib. Fixed relativ path issue with 2D example for meshplotlib. Added tag field to Properties, if this is "unit_dim_const" we are not restricted the subset of numpy functions which pint supports, but func can be any function applicable on the input data.
