create 1st working example for creating and running an ogs6 simulation from r2ogs6 input_add functions

Create a working example:

• create r2ogs object by using input_add functions
• use benchmarks from #3 (closed)
• write out ogs6 input files based on r2ogs6 object
• execute simulation run
• no need to retrieve simulation output or check if simulation executed or finished
