[base] add OGS v643 parameters to prj_process

Johannes Boog requested to merge 74-add_new_tags_ogs643 into master

The tags in benchmark files of OGS v6.4.3 have been scanned. Compared to OGS v6.4.2 the following new tags have been found.

  • processes/process/aperture_size
  • processes/process/numerical_stabilization
  • chemical_system/chemical_reactions

Functionality for these tags was added.
