Preview for HC-simulation benchmarks. As this is somehow a "side-package" it just contains a simple HC-setup.

@wenqing, @FZill Please let me know which kind of setups are interesting. I also did a parameter analyses to assess under which circumstances convection rollers occur. The parameters needed are of course somewhat far from reality. Is this kind of setups of interest.

Concerning simulations with ice load: I'd like to use the results of HM simulations in order to create the dynamic BC for this. @FZill which setup would you recommend?

This MR follows the structure introduced in !107 (merged)
