populate folder

Dominik Kern requested to merge dominik-kern/dgr:add_input_model_YSgeneric into master

Added model folder contains a shell-script for preprocessing run_preprocessing_pv_stretched_mesh.sh, basically the mesh generation and a project file ys_initial_state.prj for finding an equilibrated state. The shell-script makes use of two python scripts (pv_stretched_mesh.py, appendCellData.py) and some OGS-tools.
