add script to estimate initial p and u (for YS)

The project file for YS site contains expressions for the initial fields of pressure and displacement in order to speed up the computation of the equilibrium (take less time when initial state is close to solution). These expressions are computed with the added python script, so in case of changed parametes they can be quickly updated.
