Staggered and purely hydraulic version of the example

A linear mesh option was added. For quadratic mesh: /default/ For linear mesh: sh run_preprocessing_pv_stretched_mesh.sh 1

The other prj-files were improved and fixed considering the H and M boundary conditions.
