New hc cases

Two new cases for HC simulations and updating timeloops. i) HC_03: Same as HC_01, but freshwater recharge at the surface as introduced by @FZill ii) HC_04: Initial data as in HC_01 but without horizontal flow. Instead, a salinity lense at the surface is inducing density driven flow.
