multiple changes to increase uniformity of prj files and stability of simulations

  • made the time stepping more uniform in value and formatting
  • increased max nonlinear iterations & tighter tolerances -> solves the issue of temperature spikes
  • reduced cut-off velocity -> was also a cause of minor oscillations at areas with low velocity since the stabilization didn't happen there
