Testing base results

Correcting and cleaning the prj-files for consistency:

1) sim_init:

• the total stress BC is missing for the atmospheric pressure
• besides init is fine (and long enough for reaching equilibrium)
• only for the deep Ton-Nord model, the init time had to be extended by factor 10

2) sim_glacialcycle:

• advective heat fluxes at north and south boundary were removed
• the atmospheric pressure was added to the total stress BC for the glacier load
• no need for <compensate_non_equilibrium_initial_residuum> => removed
• cycle time changed to 100.000 years
