Polish all ogs5 benchmark input files

• checkout ogs5 benchmarks https://github.com/ufz/ogs5-benchmarks
• polish files
  • remove header line starting with GeoSys-XXX ------ (not included in all files)
  • remove comments, made with // or ;
  • remove everything after #STOP
  • remove trailing white space
  • convert tabs to 4 white spaces
  • remove unnecessary files: *.lay, phinp.out, phout_sel.dat, *.rfe, *.lpk, *.bat, *.sh, *.PNG, *.png
  • remove unnecessary directories: Images, Figures
  • remove header line starting with GINA - (not included in all files)
  • remove header line starting with Gina - (not included in all files)
• save files under ogs5_benchmarks
