Function to support creating *r2ogs5* scripts from existing ogs5 benchmark input files.

A function that would create a template for an r2ogs5 script from existing benchmark files. In other words, this function should create most of the r2ogs5 function calls to generate am r2ogs5 script.

The function is only intended to be used to assist the creation of r2ogs scripts for the benchmark input files. It should stay simple. Don't put to much work into. No need to respect specific cases for certain input files. The generated r2ogs scripts by this function will have to be manually completed afterwards.
