Functionality to read in `*.gem` files and run simulations with GEMS.

  • function to read in *.gem files
  • test if simulation with *.gem files runs and if input files are equal to reference files
    • use benchmark: ogs5-benchmarks/C/calcite_gems

This requries to compile ogs5 with -DOGS_CONFIG="GEMS".
