Functionality to read `*.ddc` files and to run respective simulation

• read in *.ddc files
• test to read in input files, run model and compare input files with reference input files
  • use benchmark: ogs5-benchmarks/MPI/McWhorter

Need to compile ogs with -DPARALLEL_USE_MPI .
