Contributes to #19 (closed). This branch was created on top of the branch 19-feat_create_ogs5_from_inputfiles. Therefore only the most recent 6 commits need to be reviewed!

It includes the same read-write tests for two Engesgaard benchmarks (2Kin) as for ex1. In addition, an optional test that compares the resulting Tecplot files with a reference pulled from GitHub is included. These tests need a compiled version of ogs that includes the IPQC solver.
