On partition interfaces the BCs must be set on the nodes
"owning" partition and not on ghost nodes.

Fixes a bug appearing in partitioned simulations in
PhaseFieldIrreversibleDamageOracleBoundaryCondition.

Saves ca. 35 unneeded includes (out of 260)
and 25s of compilation time (out of 149s).

Include spdlog via BaseLib/Logging.h, which
provides macro replacements for
ERR/DBUG/WARN/INFO...

preTimestep now accepts a vector of solution together with
a process_id.
In postTimestep only the vector of solutions has been changed.

Fixes multiple copyright messages in the doxygen docu.
