When creating a new MeshProperty the number of components was not passed
further.

Variable and component ids are ints.

Update the constructors, getGlobalIndex(), and meshGetSubsets()
to include the variable_id.

The global component offsets for each variable are
stored in the _variable_component_offset.

delete OGS_USE_EIGENLIS

[NL] Remove Eigen alignment from shape matrices.

The Eigen alignment is not used anywhere else and so far the code runs fine w/o
this alignment.
Between the decisions to add Eigen alignment for all Eigen-containing structs
and containers or remove completely the latter is easier.
