Successfully runs both with and without gui.

Ancient CMake versions required upper-case commands. Later command
names became case-insensitive. Now the preferred style is lower-case.

The Tests of the CLI/ogs should stay together with the binary.

- moved ProjectData.* to Applications/ApplicationsLib
- removed Vrpn folder in DataExplorer

This contains just ProjectData for now.
