Fixes multiple copyright messages in the doxygen docu.

If only file name is specified it causes a warning
about the name not to be specific enough if there is
another file with the same name, e.g.:

the name `IdealGasLaw.h' supplied as the second argument
in the \file statement matches the following input
files: ogs/MaterialLib/Fluid/Density/IdealGasLaw.h
ogs/MaterialLib/MPL/Properties/IdealGasLaw.h
Please use a more specific name by including a (larger)
part of the path!

From now on only \file w/o a name or a full path will
be allowed.

Previously the conversion relied on the node numbering,
which is not necessary.

Also those where the second and so forth arguments are defaulted.

The MathLib::TemplateVector3 is an exception, because of the many
required changes through the code, which relies on the implicit
conversion from TemplatePoint<T, 3> to TemplateVector3<T>.

clang-tidy '*explicit*' check.

Only in ERR/WARN/INFO/DBUG/OGS_FATAL and similar, not in
formatted output like xml files.

The new imlementation of getPropertyVector checks
not only for existence of the PropertyVector, it
checks also for correct mesh item type and number
of components.

Either this case was simply forgotten (and never happend)
or the creation of prism_nodes is not necessary in this
if-condition.

New versions of logog do not have an implicit ; after the macros.

The cloneElements is needed outside of MeshGeoToolsLib.

Clang format run on near-the-header lines.

In case of no match for the scanned element types
the allocated memory is automatically released.

Especially on iterator types and 'new' allocations.
