We are about to rearrange the existing structure of ChemistryLib (PhreeqcIO and PhreeqcKernel). To make a smooth workflow, we switch off the chemical solver option of PhreeqcKernel for the time being

The solid's bulk modulus is no longer required as MPL's
property since it is replaced by the grain compressibility
and a function to get the solid's bulk modulus from the
material model.

Computation of porosity requires the grain compressibility
property to be set.

For some configurations the BMatricesType::KelvinMatrixType
is dynamic, which is not the returned type.
