Update doxygen for LIE fracture models.

Having i_process.md and c_process.md results in an index listing all
processes twice.

Especially move to fracture_model folder instead of solid/constitutive_relation,
Use a symbolic link to point to fracture models from LIE processes.

Small GMSH improvements.

Cleanup compiler warnings.

Fixed mem issue with raster mapping

Some more Conan Windows fixes.

Defaults to OFF. Packages shared libraries when enabled.

and not size_t avoiding some warinings in usage of getElementVariableIDs().

This fixes a clang warning.

For the nodes largest platform integer is needed.

Using tellg for size is not a portable idea.
