Decouple ProcessLib from DataExplorer

Fix warning: unused parameter ‘is_mixed_high_order_linear_elems’

The method can now create node-based and cell-based PropertyVector's.

The 'Node' in the method name better refects that the method works only on node-based PropertyVectors.

Later on it is planed to have a readCellPropertiesBinary.

Rename in order to make a distinction between node-based and cell-based properties.

For now only BaseLib, GeoLib etc. not the DataExplorer's
internal paths.

Remove VtkFbxConverter from include paths.

Enabled parallel computing with PETSc in deformation analysis

Set initial guess for PETSc solver

Add analytical solution to reference files for
comparison with computed solution.

With additional changes fixing some bugs and formatting. Especially the
commit messages.
