Install required Conan libs into package.
Fixed Conan CMake variable typo.

This will fix an error where the correct VTK library was not found
in the first CMake run but on susequent ones.

Defaults to OFF. Packages shared libraries when enabled.

Fixes out-of-memory errors in e.g. ProcessLib.

This was removed in https://github.com/ufz/ogs/commit/8462108.

Possible values: missing (default), all, never, list of lib names

Examples:

cmake . -DOGS_CONAN_BUILD="Eigen3;Boost" -> Builds Eigen and Boost locally
cmake . -DOGS_CONAN_BUILD=all            -> Builds all libs locally

This basically reimplements all functionality we had with ExternalProject.

This makes sure that CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE variable is set which is
required by Conan.

Set OGS_USE_CONAN=ON to enable this. Once enabled there is no
conan install .. call necessary anymore.

You can select individual libraries to be used from the system, e.g.:

cmake -DOGS_USE_CONAN=ON -DOGS_LIB_VTK=System ..

This lets Conan install all third-party libraries except of VTK.

Local installation of libraries can be done with Conan.

Add error message when trying to build Gui with CMake 3.9.x.

in future CMake version. Fixes a warning on CMake 3.9.

Closes #1890.

Not setting the matrices to zero saves few cycles.
Setting them to NaN in Debug build helps finding
uninitialized matrices.

Disabled PCH on Visual Studio 2015.
