git-lfs binary is not found on vismac05.

Removed include-what-you-use for the moment as it segfaults.

Helps to identify that not everything was built. Prevents empty
artifacts when browsing to

ON for non-ufz/master builds, OFF else.

This reverts commit 85a8de89e34aa87e3dfd952f28bde82f1cba11cc.

Currently set on envinf56 and envinf11w to 3 threads with
1 OpenMP thread each.

The timeout is maximum runtime for one benchmark. Was 15 minutes before.

Needed for the large tests to finish.
