gcc-8.3 complains otherwise about the comparison
operator being missing for two constant SegmentIterators.

The operator compares the addresses of the obj.

This needs some changes in other files, too.

Points were accessed and moved in a for-loop. Second
iteration would result in access after move.

No INFO/ERR/WARN/DBUG calls in this files.

The fmt library happily accepts std::string without
any conversions.

This reduces total build time.
Only in BaseLib spdlog is linked public.

Include spdlog via BaseLib/Logging.h, which
provides macro replacements for
ERR/DBUG/WARN/INFO...
