Enabling Conan, Netcdf and gui does not work atm.

VTK package would need to be adapted to use the conan hdf5 package.

- add include paths for Xdmf and libxml2 from VTK
- disable xdmf test on Apple Clang

May change lib-dir to lib64 on some systems.
Fixes RPATH issues on these systems.

Is installed into the build dir's virtualenv (.venv/bin)
