Before each vtk-diff call was run in its own process but in parallel.
With more than 30 processes it hung up forever. Worked around that by
running everything sequentially. :-(

Sometimes the computed grid coordinates are to large which leads to memory errors.

Bumped CMake req. version to 3.2
Removed redundant ctest option (is already given by -T Test)

Fixes too long commands on Windows.

On Windows the maximum cmd length is 8192 chars.

Fix NAN bug in the HT process

PhaseField

On windows this results in double slashes and seemingly a not
valid path.

The pressure is in range -8e6 to 7e6, crossing 0, so
relative error is not applicable.
The new absolute error is still 11 orders lower than
the pressure.

No need for the impl file, because all the templates are
instantiated explicitly in the cpp.
