The fmt library happily accepts std::string without
any conversions.

Fixes multiple copyright messages in the doxygen docu.

The new implementation of 'PropertyVector::getPropertyVector' already throws an OGS_FATAL in case there doesn't exist a PropertyVector with an appropriate name or the type doesn't fit.
