The test's data is the same but few variable names were updated.
Temperature and gas pressure are held fast.

This change is twofold; one one side the complicated
matrix multiplication is avoided, but on the other side
it is also preventing in initialization of the processes,
when dt = 0 the division by zero.

Naturally, this is a hack due to lag of separation of
constitutive variables update in the time step from
initialization (where dt, S_L_prev relevant for this
property, are not yet initialized).

Similar to TRM or RM processes implementation the swelling
stress is updated only if the swelling stress rate is present.
The swelling stress influences the mechanical part of the
strain.

Same code as in TRM or RM.

Adding output and integration point writer of yet unused
and uninitialized swelling stress variable.

The upcoming swelling model requires saturation value
from previous time step. The value is NaN otherwise.
Evaluate the saturation in the evaluation for the
already set (from initial conditions) capillary pressure.
