For consistency mainly, but also save one instantiation
of the shape functions.
Also the valarray is kind of obsolete and Eigen provides
equivalent substitute.

Will rebuild all ext packages on msvc.

Works with Visual Studio 2019 only.

New Windows machine has uv-only installed (no pipx).

headers are header-only libs, boost are compiled libs.

Uses full sources instead of subset. Download is 90 MB.
