[PL/SDN] Move divergence computation

header include (Eigen/Core). Replaced with more efficient
code directly in FEM.

Update guix to use upstream tfel / mgis / exprtk.

It is important to insert the node ids in the same sequence as the points are given.
Therefore, it is necessary to create thread local vectors and insert the content of

Sometimes it seems not to be enough.

Otherwise the following error will be raised:
TypeError: No to_python (by-value) converter found for C++ type: tfel::math::vector<double>

Reason is a fix for the gcc-14 STL in the recent months
(missing <algorithm> include).
