This allows to store a const reference in the integratio
point data structures.

The two different materials are linear elastic models
but using different constant parameter E moduli, opposed
to having a single linear elastic model with heterogeneous
E modulus.

A pointer has the same semantics as an optional in this case.

The function wraps the original createConstitutiveRelation()
function while checking the "id" attribute in the
<constitutive_relation id="0"> tag. The return value becomes
a map from int to constitutive relation pointers.
