The tests are rather fast 4s and 1.7s.

Only small change in the sigma comparison. Remove relative comparison.

Avoiding overwriting of results by other test.

Avoiding race condition of parallel ctest.

Fixing the test, since the search length was removed
from the BC configs to the top level.

Move BC meshes post refactoring

The variable component offsets are absolute and the derived
DOF table must have all the bulk DOF table global component
offset for each variable.

The bulk mesh property must be set on the newly created
meshes. The bulk mesh is not available upon the mesh construction
and it is simpler to set the property afterwards, than
to pass it through two function calls.
