Now the porosity derivative w.r.t. temperature is always
computed, the preprocessor directives are no longer
necessary.

This is a minimum change. Otherwise due to code optimizations
the results differ in few hecto-Pascal in gas and capillary
pressures.

Replacing uninitialized dphi_dT with -dphi_S_dT.

Using existing solid thermal expansion model where one part
is computed as well.

Requires addition of ReferenceTemperature.

HydroThermal and ComponentTransport: Use shape matrix cache

shape matrix cache is now stored in the ProcessData of the concrete process

Since the shape function isn't stored anymore in
IntegrationPointData, the template parameter
NodalRowVectorType isn't necessary anymore.

This reverts commit 7ae4794c.

Do not know why we enabled this. Default value is 300 KiB which should
be fine. Also by default the tail of the output is saved.
