Otherwise it is undefined and the BOOST_VERSION preprocessor
condition took the first branch.

The boost::property_tree::xml_writer_settings interface changed from Char type to String type. A preprocessor if for boost version <= 1.55 added to include old versions.

Also remove the header StringTools.h everywhere.
Add a previously missing sstream include in DateTools.cpp.

This is required for an upcoming application.
It was already discussed in #89 and will come up
with more changes as the application grows. So
step by step all #includes will have the full
paths prepended.

All info is collected in BaseLib/BuildInfo.{h,cpp} and in the BaseLib::BuildInfo
namespace.

QT4_FOUND is now added to the compiler flags and not defined in Configure.h.

Unused definitions were collected by GC.
