tests: ssh: Add a test for SFTP. 

* gnu/tests/ssh.scm (run-ssh-test): Introduce "SFTP file writing and reading".
Make 'sftp?' a keyword parameter.
(%test-openssh): Pass #:sftp? #t to 'run-ssh-test'.
