  optional.  The upgrade option processor deletes (upgrade . #f) from the
  alist before adding a new entry.
  (guix-package): Procedures passed to 'args-fold*' accept the new seed value
  'arg-handler'.  The 'operand-proc' uses 'arg-handler' (if not false).
