* nix/libstore/build.cc (DerivationGoal)[tmpDirInSandbox]: New field.
(DerivationGoal::startBuilder): Initialize 'useChroot' earlier.  Compute
'tmpDirInSandbox', and use it when populating 'dirsInChroot'.
