[THM/local assembler] Replaced shape function N_p with N_T in a matrix assembly

As titled. N_p=N_T in the local assembler of THM. However, use N_p for N_T leads to some confusion if the implementation is verified against the formulas of the theory (see the discussion in MR. !3193 (merged)).
