cmake-format

Lars Bilke requested to merge bilke/ogs:cmake-format-1 into master
  • Formatted CMake files (except Tests.cmake; AddTest() does not format nicely)
  • cmake-format is now run as part of pre-commit

Few places are formatted a bit ugly but overall the style and consistency has improved a lot.
