The vapour diffusion and the latent heat terms of TRM

This MR, which contains the commits in !3537 (closed), presents the implementation of the vapour diffusion and the latent heat terms of TRM.

Two benchmarks based on Step 0c of Task C of the DECOVALEX 2023 project and the CTF1 experiment, respectively, are added to verify the implementation. The description of these two benchmarks are provided as well.
