[RM/DSM] bugfix for transport porosity computation in case of DSM

The transport porosity was overwritten in case of double structure porosity model.

Todo:

• fix bug
• update ctest
• adapt ctest

The ctest needs to be updated. But within this ctest the main features of the model are not clearly visible. Therefore I recommend to change the parameters.

@steffenbeese Don't worry about the other (LIE/HM) failing benchmarks. These are being fixed in other MRs. Changes look good now.
