[utils] NodeReordering tests

Two tests for the NodeReordering tool. (Tests methods "0" and "1", doesn't test methods "2" and "3" because I have no examples for those.)

The tests should check both the mesh structure (i.e. the adjusted node order) and the MaterialIDs-array (which doesn't change, but I guess it makes sense to check that it actually doesn't change). Did I use the correct syntax for that?
