Addressing the issue of beam benchmarks in the phase field process on macOS

Following merge request !4768 (merged), which addressed the linear cohesive beam issue on macOS, similar problems have been observed in other cases of beam benchmarks (e.g., PhaseField_3D_beam_tens_COHESIVE_exponential). To prevent failures in other beam ctests, all meshes have been updated to include one element at the center of the beam.
