Logs - normalize logs when OGS is called from Python

  • OGS for embedded Python missed some initial Log lines, that are needed for the new Version of the Log parser in OGSTools. OGS also uses this new version in some notebooks (failed)
  • To Reviewer: The CI test use the latest master OGS wheel. There this MR must be merged even if it currently fails.
