OGS from different resources

  1. Feature description was added to feature list in future release notes
  2. Tests covering your feature were added? (Tests with OGS_BIN_PATH , and testing functionality without any OGS installation)
  3. Any new feature or behaviour change was documented as a jupyter notebook? --> static Installation documentation
  4. API-breaking changes documented in future release notes --> NO API breaking features

- OGS_BIN_PATH is read, this allows to specify a location of a custom OGS (ogs wheel not needed)

- Improved errors and warnings when system has multiple or no OGS on PATH

- ogstools.status(verbose=True) prints status of OGS installation
