Heat conduction project file for 3D workflow

This MR adds a heat conduction project file for 3D workflow. To have consistency with the time step of the hydraulic process project, only one time step is computed.

Since the heat conduction problem leads to a symmetric stiffness matrix, simple iterative linear solver works well.
